MIL-TEK USA INC. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Please review this policy before completing your purchase.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

• Returns must be requested and received within 15 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund or credit is issued.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Mil-tek USA error or a defective product.

RESTOCKING & ADDITIONAL FEES

• All approved returns are subject to a $125.00 restocking fee.
• Returns exceeding 3 packages or 125 lbs. may incur additional freight and handling charges.
• Any applicable additional charges will be calculated and communicated to the customer for approval before the return is processed.
• Additional charges must be approved and paid before a return authorization or refund is issued.

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Returned products must be complete, unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were originally sent.

If a returned product is incomplete, damaged, used, or otherwise not in its original condition, additional deductions may apply or the return may be refused.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Mil-tek USA will determine whether it meets the requirements of this policy. Approved refunds or credits will be processed after applicable restocking, freight, handling, or other authorized deductions have been applied.
